Judy Holm

Founder

Judy Holm’s background includes twenty-five years of experience in business, technology, arts and culture.  In recent years, she has directed over 150 videos about art, and more than 60 art installations and 600 cultural events throughout the United States and Europe. In addition to fifteen years in the financial service sector, her career and education span fine art, opera, symphony, ballet, literature and film.

Platforme Planet Earth is a development based on her expertise in art, finance and technology. Platforme Planet Earth is a curated selection of climate change news, academic information and a marketplace for buyers and sellers to promote and sell their ideas and products. The website is centered around a rotating selection of planet earth-themed artworks and videos to tell the story of climate change and to incite action.

Recent career highlights include developing cultural collaborations with Christie’s, Ocula, The European Fine Art Fair (TEFAF), Frieze, The Armory, Masterpiece Fair, the National Arts Club NYC, the Italian Consulate NYC.

Founder of the Global Fine Art Awards (GFAA), and director of the program for the past eight years, she presides over the research and judging process and the Advisory Board members. GFAA has grown more than 100% each year since its inception, reviews over 2,000 exhibitions and installations every year, and has a team of forty researchers, judges and advisory board members from twenty countries on four continents.

She developed an Art Concierge business in Venice, Italy for the Biennale 2011, and continues to consult with private art clients internationally. She served as Vice-Chair for the Miami Beach Chamber’s Arts and Culture Council from 2011 to 2014 and was the founding editor of the bi-weekly column Arts and Culture (PRE)View – (RE)View for the Miami Beach newspaper.

For fifteen years she worked with major financial institutions creating innovative marketing programs and events integrating art, culture and business development for Wells Fargo, Fidelity Investments, Charles Schwab and Citibank.

A native of San Francisco, currently residing between New York and Paris, she also worked in Venice, Monaco and Miami. Ms. Holm received bachelor’s degrees with honors in Economics and French Literature from U.C. Berkeley, and an MBA from l’Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP).

Her passions and civic involvement include humanitarian causes, animal welfare and youth education.

Nicholas Grambas

Nicholas Grambas, a 30-year veteran of international infrastructure and clean energy law and business, based in Melbourne Australia

Nicholas Grambas is an internationally recognized lawyer with extensive experience in M&A, projects and finance, and has a deep understanding of commercial and legal structuring of transactions across a range of sectors, including infrastructure, utilities, power and renewables, water and wastewater, district energy, mining and resources.

With more than 25 years of experience in Asia, Australia, Europe, United States and the Middle East, he is a versatile lawyer representing strategic and financial sponsors, lenders and arrangers on complex equity and debt transactions. Mr. Grambas advises on acquisitions, auctions, divestments, privatizations, joint ventures, acquisition and project finance.

Violeta de la Serna

Artist Relations

After studying Art Critique in Florence, Italy, Ms. de la Serna began her art career as an Art Consultant.  Over the last 20 years, her international career spans art sales, marketing and public relations – advising artists, galleries and auction houses. Her clients included Merrill Lynch, Bank of America, Peter Lik and Avant Gallery. Among recent highlights, Ms. de la Serna spearheaded public relations for Christopher Marley’s museum exhibition: BIOPHILIA | A Dialogue with Art, Nature and Science, as well as the creation of the Fine and Photography Division for Whitley’s Auctioneers.

She also worked as a program director for an international art production company and traveled to over fifty countries, leading an art program that organized exhibitions featuring works on paper by Picasso, Monet, Rembrandt, Chagall, Miro, Sargant, Goya and more.

Subsequently, she was the International Marketing Manager of Fine Art Connoisseur Magazine and Plein Air Magazine where she worked with hundreds of artists and while also partnering with international art fairs and creating sponsorships for the magazines.

Currently residing in Peloponnese, Greece, Ms. de la Serna is renovating a villa that will host plein air painting and photography retreats.

Laurel Coburn Wright

Laurel Coburn Wright, former J.P Morgan Investment Banker, LA-based entrepreneur and board member with a lifelong commitment to the environment.

Ms. Coburn Wright began her career at NCR and transitioned to Investment Banking after completing her MBA at Columbia University.

Johanna Peyredieu du Charlat, is a
Swedish/American, Paris-based global and environmental policy expert with over 20 years experience.

Current position in Trade Affairs at the EU Delegation to the OECD.

Juan Carlos Zaldivar

media strategist

Juan Carlos Zaldivar, Cuban-born, Miami-based award-winning filmmaker, video artist, media strategist.

His career includes many awards, with major Hollywood productions, working as director, producer, sound editor and designer, and worked on the Academy Nominated films such as “Sense and Sensibility” (Ang Lee), “On the ropes,” and on HBO’s America Undercover, which garnered an Emmy nominee. Also, Mr. Zaldivar is an independent filmmaker and juror at Sundance International Film Festival amongst many others. His video artworks have screened at many festivals worldwide and broadcast on PBS, ABC, IFC, Showtime, and WE.

Betsie Bremer Piussan

Design & Marketplace

A native of New York, Betsie Piussan received a B.S. Degree from Stanford University in social sciences and second concentration in French. She also studied at l’Université de Paris and l’Ecole du Louvre.

She completed her MBA at NYU Graduate School of Business. After graduating, she worked for nine years at Republic National Bank of New York, specializing in international lending.

Ms. Piussan subsequently founded her interior design firm, Bremer Designs, after earning a Design Certificate from New York School of Interior Design. She specializes in renovations in NYC, Westchester, Connecticut and The Hamptons.

Prof. Aditya Singh FRSA FRAS

Education Advisor

Prof. Aditya Singh is Director of Athena School of Management in Mumbai – India where he also teaches Leadership & Differential Thinking. He has decades of experience across the corporate sector, consulting, entrepreneurship and academia.

Aditya is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA) in London, Fellow of the Royal Asiatic Society of Great Britain & Ireland (FRAS) in London, Member of Chatham House – The Royal Institute of International Affairs in London & Member of the OECD Forum Network – Paris. He is also an active Rotarian.

Aditya is an Advisor to the ESG Research Initiative Centre (ESGIC) at the University of Chicago. He also sits on the Advisory Board of several start-ups, accelerators & non-profits across the world with a special interest in firms focussing on SDGs, Circular Economy, Sustainability & Innovation.

He is a graduate of the Wharton School’s Accelerated Development Program (ADP) and holds an MBA from the S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research in Mumbai.

He is a Visiting Professor & Global Speaker who has spoken at Horasis, Rotary, AthensCallsAthens, Association of MBAs, The Futures Project Conference, AIESEC on subjects which he is passionate about including Globalization, Entrepreneurship, Sustainability, Leadership, Digital Transformation and Future of Work.
